The Value-Add Strategy
We start by identifying emerging markets and developing relationships within those areas. After acquiring multifamily properties with high revenue-earning potential, we force appreciation into them through various value-add opportunities.
As operators of the property, we do our due diligence, performing various duties to improve key aspects such as upgrading units, enhancing the aesthetic value of the landscape, and adding tenant amenities.
